Praj Refrigeration Industries has designed and manufactured industrial ice plants in Pune, Maharashtra since 2003. Most customers start with an ice machine. A flake ice machine (1 to 35 TPD) produces dry, sub-cooled ice for fishery, dairy, bakery, chemical and concrete cooling. A tube ice machine (1 to 80 TPD) produces crystal-clear edible ice for cafés, hotels, beverages and packaged ice. Both are built with SS 304 evaporators and PLC control.
Around the ice machine, Praj supplies the refrigeration components that keep it running efficiently: air-cooled and water-cooled condensing units, shell and tube condensers and IS 2825 pressure-tested liquid receiver tanks. For storage and dispatch we build insulated ice storage rooms, automated rake delivery systems and stainless-steel screw conveyors, all sized to your plant's daily output.
