An automated rake delivery system is a PLC-controlled gantry crane fitted with a horizontal rake that travels across the top of an ice storage silo and discharges ice on command. It moves ice from silo to dispatch trucks, packing lines or downstream process equipment without manual handling.

Praj rake delivery systems are integrated with the parent ice plant PLC for automatic level monitoring and load balancing. Travel distance typically 6 to 24 metres. Discharge rates 5 to 50 TPD. Drive: SEW Eurodrive or Bonfiglioli gearmotors.
